The group arrived at Mole National Park on Sunday afternoon in time for the evening walk. They saw elephants, bush bucks, warthogs and baboons. Another walk Monday morning–more of the same plus a shy crocodile that would only stick the top of its head out of the pond. They left Mole soon after breakfast to see a mud and stick mosque in Larrabanga–believed to be the oldest mosque in sub-sahara Africa. Further south, the group visited Boahen-Fiema monkey sanctuary and then made it back to Hand-in-Hand for the night. Tomorrow is Day 4– return to base camp after a visit to the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi.
