Safe Arrival!

We have officially arrived in Ghana! After two long flights, some chinese food (yes, very traditional), and a 2.5 hour drive from Accra to Ajumako, we have made it to the guest house!

Tomorrow we depart for Mole National Park to go on safari. On the way we will also visit and stay at Hand in Hand, which is an orphanage for abandoned children. We will also visit a sanctuary with monkeys who are said to be the ancestors of the people. We will get back on Tuesday night so that we can begin teaching at Heritage Academy on Wednesday! Nothing like ringing in the New Year with good work, good people, and some good animals!

More updates when we get back so keep following us!
